After I contacted Jan and we communicated on getting tickets to the NFC Championship Game I knew I was in good hands... not only did she look out for my best interest but advised me on all options and possibilities. I contacted Jan for a parking pass only (we already had tickets) for a football game the day of the game.   I found her in the Internet Yellow Pages for Cleveland.  After calling several other suppliers, she took the time to find us the passes we needed and then called back to make sure we were able to pick them up near the stadium that evening.  She went that extra step, we'll definitely buy from her again!
